Junior Tap for ages 6-8

Beginner Tap is an entry level dance class for ages 6-8 year olds that will explore the vibrant and rhythmic genre of Tap Dance.
Classes include a warm-up stretch, exercises to learn element of Tap based movement, and lots of practice dancing!

These classes are designed to be fun and engaging, and offer kids the chance to learn new dance skills in an encouraging environment. 

We are offering three options.

The first is a 24-week session that runs from September to April. There will be two 12-week sessions, the first runs September to December, the second runs January to April.

There will be a recital on December 14, 2024 and on May 3, 2025. Costume fees will be due at time of ordering costumes.

Class Dates: Sep 17, Sep 24, Oct 1, Oct 8, Oct 15, Oct 22, Oct 29, Nov 5, Nov 12, Nov 19, Nov 26, Dec 3 - Rehearsal Dec 13 and Recital Dec 14.

Jan 21, Jan 28, Feb 4, Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 25, Mar 4, Mar 11, Mar 18, Apr 1, Apr 8, Apr 15, Rehearsal May 2 and Recital May 3.
