Gift Shop Refund Policy

As our gift shop is primarily consignment and our artists are paid commission on items sold, we are not able to offer any returns at any time, with no exceptions.

Ticket Purchase Refund Policy (including events & performances)

There are no ticket refunds. In the unlikely event that a signature ticketed event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded in full within 14 days after the cancellation of the event in the manner in which they were paid. Refunds may be delayed depending on credit card refund processing times, which is not under the control of PFAE. PFAE is not responsible for any ticket refunds for any third-party renters of our facility.

Program Refund Policy

All NSF cheques will be subject to a $50 fee. Follow-up payment must then be made by cash, debit or credit card.

If a refund is requested two weeks before classes start, a refund will be granted, less a 30% administration fee. If a refund is requested within 2 weeks of class start or after the class has commenced, no refund will be granted. Exceptions include a medial reason for which a doctor’s certificate is required; or relocation, in which case a partial refund may be granted.
