Unlike many child birth education classes, our perinatal education classes cover everything from pregnancy all the way through to having a newborn. We want parents to leave feeling like they have the knowledge and tools to have a positive pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. This entire course is tailored to what you as parents and caregivers feel that you need to know and learn to feel more prepared, as well as what past parents wished they knew. Classes will be laid backed offering lots of room for hands on practice, discussion, and questions. Special attention will also be given to your support person and how they can best assist you. You will both leave feeling prepared for all possibilities with an increased confidence in informed decision making and self advocacy.
