Pilates is a practice to lengthen and strengthen your body. It was designed to be accessible to every BODY and everybody. The movement method prioritizes stability, flexibility and mobility. Tori looks forward to bringing this new format to Portage. It truly is a type of exercise for any age and fitness level. Join Tori for 4 weeks of Pilates.

Tori Adriaansen was born and raised in the Carberry area. She is a potato farmer and has worked on the family Farm all her life. Back in November 2016, she was in a car accident that left her with a traumatic brain injury. Through the years, she has been working to strengthen her mobility and mental focus through exercise. Tori fell in love with Pilates, the Pi Movement Method specifically, when a friend of hers from Toronto took her to a few of her classes while she was visiting. As soon as she was offering the training for MoPi Tori quickly jumped on the bandwagon to get that certification. She was very recently trained in a new sequence called LoPi and am excited to offer that as well as soon as she becomes more confident in teaching LoPi.
