Performing Arts Terms and Conditions:

  • Fees - All fees are payable by credit card, direct debit, or cheque at the time of registration.

  • If you wish to attend but are not able to because of your financial situation, inquire about financial assistance or possible payment plan.

  • Refund policy - If a refund is requested two weeks before classes start, a refund will be granted less a 30% administration fee. If a refund is requested after classes have started, no refund will be granted. Exceptions include a medical reason for which a doctor’s certificate is required; or relocation, in which case a partial refund may be granted.

  • Costume fees - Costumes will be determined on a class by class basis. Costumes will need to be paid in full before ordering. Costume fees are non-refundable once ordered.

  • Lost/stolen items - Prairie Fusion Arts and Entertainment does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen. If you are missing something, please call our office.

  • Arrival time - Students should arrive on time, dressed in appropriate wardrobe, and be ready for class. Each student is required to bring their own water bottle to class.

  • Wardrobe - Specific wardrobe information is available here.

  • Dancers may receive a recommendation/reassignment based on teacher assessment.

  • Classes may be postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness, you will be notified and schedules will be extended accordingly.
