Performing Arts Terms and Conditions:
Fees - All fees are payable by credit card, direct debit, or cheque at the time of registration.
If you wish to attend but are not able to because of your financial situation, inquire about financial assistance or possible payment plan.
Refund policy - If a refund is requested two weeks before classes start, a refund will be granted less a 30% administration fee. If a refund is requested after classes have started, no refund will be granted. Exceptions include a medical reason for which a doctor’s certificate is required; or relocation, in which case a partial refund may be granted.
Costume fees - Costumes will be determined on a class by class basis. Costumes will need to be paid in full before ordering. Costume fees are non-refundable once ordered.
Lost/stolen items - Prairie Fusion Arts and Entertainment does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen. If you are missing something, please call our office.
Arrival time - Students should arrive on time, dressed in appropriate wardrobe, and be ready for class. Each student is required to bring their own water bottle to class.

Dancers may receive a recommendation/reassignment based on teacher assessment.
Classes may be postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness, you will be notified and schedules will be extended accordingly.
