General Terms and Conditions:

  • Classes and schedule subject to modification due to COVID-19.

  • Fees - All fees are payable by credit card, direct debit, or cheque at the time of registration.

  • Refund policy - If a refund is requested two weeks before classes start, a refund will be granted less a 20% administration fee. If a refund is requested after classes have started, no refund will be granted. Exceptions include a medical reason for which a doctor’s certificate is required; or relocation, in which case a partial refund may be granted.

  • Costume fees - $50 deposit for each class, to be collected at registration for recital costumes. Costume fees are non-refundable once ordered.

  • Lost/stolen items - Prairie Fusion Arts and Entertainment does not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen. If you are missing something, please call our office.

  • Arrival time - Students should arrive on time, dressed in appropriate wardrobe, and be ready for class. Each student is required to bring their own water bottle to class.

  • Wardrobe - Specific wardrobe information will be given at time of registration.

  • Messages for the dance instructor - Messages can be left with the Prairie Fusion staff by emailing info@prairiefusion.ca or phoning 204-239-6029.

  • Dancers may receive a recommendation/reassignment based on teacher assessment.
